  First off, the staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. If the review were just that it'd be 5 stars. However, the room lost this place some points. The floor had food crumbs scattered about, there were several spiders setting up nice webs in the corners, and the manager's dog peed on the rug when we checked in. Maybe we just got unlucky because the property is beautiful and it's packed with nice amenities.

  The room was pretty good but the rest of the building was excellent from the beautiful view, the jacuzzi that overlooked it, a pier that allowed you to sit by the lake and a large garden that you could relax in. The staff were friendly and cool. As a note there is a dog on the premises and though he seemed a little aggressive at first he is nice but if dogs aren't your thing you might struggle.
